Been working on this 'community support" window where your forum helpers can access unread replies from specific boards and/or categories as seen at simple machines forums.  It will have the ability to select membergroups permissions and of course the admin panel to input your category and board info.

So far the HTML is done. Now making it into PHP to add the functionality.

There should be a way for it to be minimised or turned off by the user in Look and Layout
