To use this mod with portals,... (Works best with TinyPortal as it uses the center wide blocks)

Remove this entire bit of code from the index.template.php and simply paste it to a PHP block in your portal of choice.

Fallbacks:
To use with simple portal, either left or right blocks cannot be used. Remember, the slider is quite wide. Create a 'Top" PHP block and wolla!

Like the idea of the slider.

However is it possible for smaller boxes plus the slider going from left to right?

Took me five minutes to get to this board by the way.

bdc sure has changed since my last visit.

This is really a cool stuff. I just installed it on my forum at http://www.theinfostrides.com but I have the following concerns:

1. Can the mod be made so that I can set it to display on the front page alone? Most especially when portal mod is in use.
2. Is it not possible to fetch the data from RSS feed or just the url without necessary put the information manually?
3. It will equally be nice if we can change the width, height, alignment and stuff.

Thank you the great work.

On custom themes, mods have to be applied manually. Use the parser http://www.bluedevilcustoms.com/community/index.php?page=page787
and only modify the index.template.php  ;)

thanks for answering, I ask...

can be used in the central bar in simple portal without problems then ?

to install this mod only in SimplePortal, without forum, I have to install the mod or simply put the code you added before in a block php ? and can reduce the size of the images?

thank you ...and sorry for my English !

Yes, install the mod. Then remove the code from the index.template.php and place in a PHP block. Then resize it in slider-css folder. Wolla!  ;)
