I've managed to do the Staff List but I still can't find the relevant Arcade code.

Even when searching for just 'arcade' I can't find anything :/

Hmm, you should have 'arcade' in Subs.php between Search and Staff list  :o

Maybe it's because I'm using an unofficial 'hacked' version:

SMF_Arcade_2.5_RC1.1D_Unofficial

The official one isn't updated for smf 2.0.3 yet

the link you provided clearly shows the 'arcade' button. But you dont seem to find it in Subs.php.  Since its an updated arcade version, my question is where the button resides?

Im thinking you should ask this to the arcade developer where the button resides. Its obvious not in Subs.php

If i tell you to add another button, you might end up with two buttons not knowing where the other one is. ;)

To install on custom themes, tick the themes you want this mod to appear upon installation. If you forget, simply copy the "menu_icons" folder to your theme's image folder.

No. The menu_icon folder needs to be inside the images folder in your custom theme. Have seen it work in the default theme?
